Throughout the 2008-09 Parliamentary session Holyrood will be publishing special issues to coincide with the annual Scottish party political conferences (SNP, Scottish Labour Party, Scottish Conservatives and Scottish Liberal Democrats). Book your advertisement into all four  and get the fourth insertion free. Click here for rates.

Conference issue dates

• SNP Issue 198 published October 13th 2008
• Scottish Liberal Democrats Spring 2009 tbc
• Scottish Labour Party Issue Spring 2009 tbc
• Scottish Conservatives Issue Spring 2009 tbc

All elected delegates (MP's, Msp's and Local Authority Councillors) will be mailed a copy of their conference special prior to each conference and 500 hundred copies will be distributed at each conference venue. Our journalists will be covering all fringe events at conference and publishing a selection in the issue following each conference.

Advertising within these issues will allow communicating your message to delegates before the issues are debated at conference.

Why advertise in Holyrood conference specials?

If you are making reference to a fringe or any other event you are holding you can explain in depth what your organisation is trying to achieve and make delegates aware as they plan their conference.

The outcomes of a fringe event are sometimes not as clear as they might be. To ensure a guaranteed level of exposure and coverage, all commercial partners' fringe events will be reported on and a review published in the following issue.

If you or your organisation is unable to attend a conference you can still have a presence by advertising in our conference specials.

  Booking an advertisement or equivalent in all four party conference issues makes  commercial sense saving you 25% against the published ratecard rate.

• Commercial Package Two
  

  If you book a half page advertisement or larger into a conference issue and are hosting a fringe you can have a full report published in the following issue alongside a second advertisement.
