Your free holyrood.com website

Our website is Scotland’s premier political online portal delivering our influential audience exclusively on the web. Holyrood .com is the premier destination for the political, public sector and business elite who come to the site throughout the day for  breaking stories and news coverage via our free news service - Holyrood Today.

Holyrood.com contains an abridged version of the most recent versions of Holyrood magazine, a full version in electronic format and access to our policy conferences. In addition we deliver added value information via our daily newsletter.

Our free job portal www.holyrood.com/jobs offers an online search and recruitment advertising service for the public sector, voluntary organisations and charities.

Holyrood.com is entirely designed, hosted and maintained in-house. Our own server farm and leased line connections allow us to respond quickly to technological changes. All  our websites are "Content Managed". Content management allows us complete control over all online content, ensuring current content with none of the usual inertia to updating on previous generation websites. We have embraced the Web 2.0 philosophy of user generated content within our entire organisation, and outwardly in areas such as Stakeholders, e-networking and event specific online content.

Holyrood.com  does not offer the facility of banner, button, skyscraper or MPU advertising, neither do we accept sponsorship.

Your holyrood.com website

From September 2008 we are  establishing an online community of private and private sector organisations with  an interest in Scottish affairs. Every organisations information will be housed in a Holyrood website and hosted in the public domain on holyrood.com.

We are trialling the holyrood web project  with a view to rolling out and marketing to a wider audience in 2009. One of the key drivers to the magazines success has been support from our commercial partners and advertisers. Consequently we would like to offer organisations who support our publications the facility of a bespoke holyrood.com website throughout the Parliamentary session 2008-09.

If you have an advertising or sponsorship campaign running in Holyrood magazine, a confirmed booking in either  the Holyrood Public Affairs Guide 2009 or the Holyrood Political Guide 2008-09 you will qualify for a holyrood.com website hosted free of charge.
